1. Go to start and open your 'Google Chrome' application from your machine or else see Chrome website to download your chrome.
Once you see get it installed, kindly check back step 1.

2. Visit the link to Chrome Remote Desktop and tap on the 'Add to Chrome' button to add the application into your machine.
Once you finish adding Chrome Remote Desktop to your machine, you can launch it.
3. If you need support, tap on the yellow marked region and share the code with the user who'll be providing you support.
4. If you're looking to give support, kindly put your code on the below available region and tap on connect.
